Notes de Copines is for women navigating a turning point visible or internal, and who feel the need to regain clarity, direction, and a steady place to stand.
Not because they are “broken.”
But because transitions have a way of questioning everything.
"Because even strong women need a place to land."
You feel mentally or emotionally unclear
You feel like you are carrying too much, on your own
You think a lot, but struggle to move forward
You are tired of “holding it together,” “managing,” “pretending”
You sense that a change is needed, even if you don’t yet know what kind
A transition can be:
- chosen or imposed
- recent or long-standing
- visible or silent
What matters is not the label.
What matters is how it feels inside.
The women we support are experiencing many different situations, such as:
- separation, divorce, breakups
- burnout, mental overload, loss of meaning
- motherhood, infertility, life rhythm changes
- career transitions or identity questioning
- illness, chronic illness, or living with a disability
- supporting a loved one who is ill
- grief, relocation, expatriation, returning home
What we support is not the situation itself.
It’s the impact it has on you:
- loss of reference points
- emotional exhaustion
- redefining who you are
- the question: “What now?

Notes de Copines can also be a point of support for those who are close to a woman going through a transition, not to be supported themselves, but to better understand how to support her.
You might be:
- the partner or spouse of a woman experiencing burnout or deep questioning
- a close relative witnessing changes you no longer recognize
- someone who wants to help, without fixing, pushing, or minimizing
When a woman goes through a transition, her loved ones are often at a loss.
You want to do the right thing, but you may face silence, fatigue, distance, and your own sense of helplessness.
At Notes de Copines, we support the woman going through the transition.
When loved ones reach out to us, it is to help them understand what is happening, adjust their posture, and guide them toward the right kind of support, at the right time.
Because supporting someone through a transition often starts with knowing how to be present, without taking over.
At Notes de Copines, we don’t offer ready-made solutions.
We don’t impose a path.
We don’t try to “fix” or optimize you.

What we do
Help you put clear words on what you’re going through.
Offer a structured, deeply human framework.
Help you realign with your inner axis.
Turn a period of confusion into a meaningful passage and a space for expansion.
We offer practical, grounded ways to move through major life transitions.
Our approach is rooted in lived experience, ours and that of many women,
and in identifying the common patterns that tend to emerge during these turning points.
We help bring clarity where everything feels confusing,
to understand what is unfolding within you,
and to move forward with clear reference points, without pressure or expectations.

What we don’t do
We do not provide medical or therapeutic care.
We do not treat illness or trauma.
We do not offer diagnoses, medical follow-up, or psychological treatment.
We do not replace healthcare, medical support, or emergency services.
Notes de Copines is a human-centered space, not a medical one.
Our role is not to “fix” or promise immediate well-being,
but to offer a clear, supportive framework to move through a life transition
with greater awareness, stability, and inner grounding.
When a situation requires medical or therapeutic support,
we encourage turning to qualified healthcare professionals.
We don’t support you from the outside.
We walk alongside you, from within what you are living,
to transform a time of confusion into a point of expansion.
That’s completely normal.
Most women who come to us say:
“I know something isn’t right anymore, but I don’t know what.”
You don’t need to:
- have everything figured out
- have a clear request
- be “ready”
Our support is designed precisely for women in transition.
Then you’re in the right place.
- the first step is not choosing a program.
- It’s taking a pause, to reflect in a safe space, without pressure.
That’s exactly what the free discovery session is for.
You’re in transition.
And with the right support and reference points,
this moment can become a turning point : a place of expansion.

At Notes de Copines, we believe it’s not what we go through that defines us, but the way we choose to move through it.
